Speaking for the wheel, the G29 has gears which you can feel. The belt driven wheel (t150) is the better choice. I own a thrustmaster t300 for three years now and had no issues about reliability. The thrustmaster shifter (th8a) is way better than the logitech. But you can always connect a thrustmaster shifter without a thrustmaster wheel. I would say go for the g29 if it’s cheaper than the G923 (it was $150 cheaper than the G923 for me). Apart from the double clutch you would use rarely and the other gimmicky feature, there isn’t anything that justifies paying more. If you don’t mind paying for the G923, I would suggest going for a Thrustmaster T300.
